  • After a considerable amount of time and some BS about every email pushing my emails to the bottom of the list, which makes no sense since I have gmail and know factually that this isn't the case, I was told I would receive the proper item in 7-14 business days. Tomorrow is business day 18. 21 mail days. I haven't heard back from anyone nor have I received my item within the promised time frame. We are expecting a refund of the expedited shipping costs and will be reporting this incident once again to living social. I would NOT recommend this company to purchase anything.
