| - Hello, everyone, I am honestly telling everyone who reads this that the custumer service at berani jewlery in bayview village is horible with the exeption of one English accented gentelman who was very polite.I had asked him if he was the owner, he said no.I did speak to the owner the next say.Two of the ladies there were realy rude, very bad custamer service, one of them is a complete liar.The owner is a rude person having no regard for peoples belongings.Now let me tell you the story.I went in there to size my wifes engagement and wedding bands.The lady who was helping us was , just not friendly, it just was not good custamer service at all, what can I say I gave them the rings but felt like I shouldn't have.I contemplated and turned around 30 minutes later to ask for my rings back.When I got there the lady was gone , but another lady was there.She said they already put it in the safe , they will give it back to me in the morning when the gold smith comes in.This lady wrote a letter to the goldsmith , not to size the rings, she wrote the letter in front of me.They told me to come at 10:00 am in the morning the next day to pick them up.The English gentlmen was very comferting and truley wished he could help me , but couldnt.Ok I come the next morning , guess what , it's 10:00 am they open the doors, the gold smith already sized my rings in the morning.I was upset , the lady was there I told her why did you write the letter but did not place it on the goldsmiths table.She never even sincirely apolagize to me.The owner was there he said he would not charge me for the job, but did not sincerly apolagize for the mistake, and then this women had the nerve to say to the owner that I came back 1 hour later the following evening, when I know I came 30 minutes latter.She was so rude.And the owner was so rude as if he did me a favor.I dont need charity I would have been more than happy to pay for the rings , but their attitde just made me not want to do business with these people.So now I get the rings back , because I dont wear the rings my wife does , I am not used to them, something looked off with the diamand.My wife looked at it she said she belives it's fine, it was like that before , but still she is not 100% shure, but she said it's fine.Well I asked the owner , If they had a diamond tester because some of the small diamonds look off on the wedding band.They said they dont have a diamond tester.I told him , how can you not have a diamond tester, I dont belive it , thats my personal feeling.The ladys were both so rude to me the owner so rude, the lady told me I should be happy I got it done for free, and the owner was so rude and unhelpfull.They dont understand these rings mean something to me.I went to yorkville, 1 jewler there told me they might have damged the stone when sizing or it could have been damaged from before, we are not shure , but, I was right the ring was damaged , and they didnt even care to look at it,they pretty much kicked me out of the store. They looked at me as if I was crazy and insulted me.If I could I wouldnt even give them 1 star but this web site you have no choice,STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR THE SAKE OF HUMANITY THEY DONT DESERVE ANY BUSINESS, I WANT THEM TO KNOW MONEY DOESNT COME FROM TREATING PEOPLE WITH DISRISPECT IT COMES FROM TREATING PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING AND TRUST.DONT THINK BERANI THAT PEOPLE HAVE TO PUT UP WITH BEING MISTREATED.I SPENT THE WHOLE DAY LOOKING FOR JEWLERS WHO WOULD LOOK AT MY RINGS I DROVE ALL THE WAY DOWNTOWN.THATS MY TIME , WHEN I AM SHURE WYOU COULD HAVE CHECKED FOR ME YOU HAVE NO RESPECT AT ALL ABSOLOUTLY BOTTOM OF THE BARREL SERVICE ZERO CLASS.CUNSUMERS DONT BE FOOLED BY THE MAKEUP, DO NOT SHOP THERE.
