Two people working?! Seriously? One person checking people in and one person handling customer service. 1 hour wait just to get contacts switched from one phone to another. What a joke.
Edited to add: I came in the next day to try again and was much happier. The associate that helped me after a 15 minute wait needed a little buttering up before I got more than one word at a time out of her, but I got my numbers switched over.
Lesson to be learned, mornings/early afternoons on weekdays is your best bet if you don't want to wait forever for a 5 minute service.
