| - We've been going here for years, when I were younger with my parents and now with my husband.
Food is always good. Their smoked salmon pasta is my favorite, it has really good flavor with cream and garlic. Their spaghetti and meatballs are really good definitely not a boring bowl of pasta. You can also get it with Italian sausage. Their pizza is also super good, the thin crust kind. But our favorite thing is their vegetarian antipasto. It comes with olive tapanade, a whole head of roasted garlic, marinated tomatoes and artichokes, roasted red pepper, fresh mozzarella, and pasta with homemade pesto. Its served with bread and olive oil. It is an amazing plate of food! They also have a nice small bar and they make the best cosmopolitan I've ever had. And throughout the years it always taste the same regardless of bartender. They have nice choice of desserts all homemade. They usually change but they almost always have canolli and tiramisu both which are spot on.
The only reason its not a 5 is their portion sizes throughout the years have been getting smaller and smaller but prices staying the same. We usually do not come for dinner any more but will come for a Cosmo and antipasto platter. Service throughout the years has always been so so as well. You cannot come in here unless you are 21 or with parents. Before I turned 21 I would come in with my now husband a lot. We were never ID'ed during several of our visits and then out of the blue one day, after we were seated and had water, they decided to check our ID's. We were asked to leave, me not being 21. I get if its the law (the space is so small so the whole dining area is considered their bar) but you need to be consistent with your policy and definitely ID people at the door not after they have been seated. It was embarrassing have to be asked to leave and walk through the dining room. When I called the next day the owner was not kind or apologetic. After that incident we didn't come back for a while but the food is so good we've been coming back for a while now but mostly for bar service.
