  • The immediate impression of the store is that it is dirty, on my last visit there at least a half dozen bolts of fabric were on the floor. The staff is unfriendly and acts like the customers are an inconvience. My last visit to that store was nearly a year ago, and the clerk at the check out was absolutely rude and surly. I wrote a letter to the store manager, and to the corporate headquarters, and never received a reply. I will not, under any circumstances, ever shop in that store again.
