The menu is not for the faint hearted (ex. Boar sausage, pork belly, etc.)
We had reservations and were promptly seated. Today was the first day of the new menu. The waitstaff had tried it the previous day.
We ordered the French onion soup - mediocre. The soup of the day pork bean vegetable was enjoyable. For dinner, we had the steak, chicken salad and artic char.
The bread was almost Town Talk. The dipping oil was infused with fresh basil was very good. The steak could have been warmer but the asparagus were good. The artic char was described as being in the salmon family ... fishy with lukewarm quinoa. The micro green salad with the salmon was excellent. The chicken salad too much salad dressing.
After reading all the great reviews, I was disappointed.
