First of all I totally agree with the review that complained about the price. $25 for a day pass is insane. However I had a 3 hour flight delay and 5 hours total to kill so I justified it. Besides it's such a weird location it almost feels like you are in Being John Malkovich. I noticed a sign for fitness center and saw a bulletin board about it being a gym for employees. I almost gave up but decided to take the creepy freight elevator and follow the signs anyway. They don't get many passengers down there so I think they were a little surprised but they gave me a day pass nonetheless. For an airport basement gym they are pretty well equipped. There's a large cardio area, weight room and even a sauna. I wish I had had a little more time for the sauna and a shower. The weight machines are a little old but they do the job. The employees were super friendly and a lot of the folks working out were curious and wanted to chat with a newcomer. If you have the time and are willing to drop a few bucks do it. However I am going to cross my fingers that the price goes down. $25 for basically an hour is pretty steep.
