Went there on a double date. Everyone got the salmon tartar to start, this was the only good plate. For mains we got fillet minion medallions, sirloin NY cut, sirloin baseball cut and Santa Fe chicken. Only the chicken was good. Regarding the steaks they were all inconsistent. We got out meals medium rare, the fillet mignon was medium/well done, the two sirloins were rare. The deserts creme brule and chocolate mousse tasted like plastic and were worse than Costco's. My girlfriend who just loves deserts, didn't finish hers. This is the first time I see this.
At $50/person (had a bottle of wine) I expect decent service. However, our waiter was cracking jokes with the barman instead of attending. He wasn't the one bringing the food to the table and never passed by to ask if we needed anything. With so many other excellent Steakhouses in Montreal I would put this at the bottom of my list. It was just disappointing.
