| - Update: After a not that good start, I have to say that this company really takes its customer service serious. After the situation of them not having our appointment on record, one of their representatives called us and apologized for the situation. The original appointment was supposed to be between 8-11 am and although the new appointment was supposed to be from 12-2, they sent a plumber who arrived at 11:15 am. Great, great service. The plumber, Alex, also apologized and explained to us how important is for them the customer satisfaction. I am very surprised since there's no many companies that strive in what they do. Not only did they apologized, they also gave us a 50% discount which definitely made our day and completely changed our first impression. This company is awesome. They do care about the customer. Alex was great, he was kind and very understanding. He did a neat job and worked very fast, he only took about 1 1/2 hour to complete the installation of the water softener. The connection looks very well done. We will definitely use and recommend this company in the future.

Bad start. We were supposed to have an appointment today at 8 am for a water softener installation and after making arrangements to stay at home during the morning, at 8:30 am we decided to call since nobody had called us for confirmation....well, we didn't have an appointment. Somebody "forgot" to enter our information in the system so nothing was scheduled for us. I should add that we selected this company because of how great the plumber who came to make the estimate was. It wasn't the cheapest estimate, even after their "yelp discount" which the plumbers are very aware of and do the estimate based on this discount (other companies estimates were between 300.00 to 350.00 total without any discount and Pure Plumbing estimate was 425.00....which after the "discount", we were supposed to pay 375.00. Yeap, 25.00 more than the closest estimate... but we decided to go with them because of how nice their plumber was. How they were going to solve THEIR mistake of never entering our appointment into their system? They gave us another appointment for today between 12-2 pm (so we'll have to make more arrangements to make sure there's someone in the house between that time). Let's just hope they make it this time. One last thing, definitely the "yelp discount" is not a discount at all.
