I have been a Wells Fargo customer for years. My experience with this branch was horrific. A young teller asked what I would like I do through the drive through window. I informed her I would like to make a deposit. I sent my deposit through the carrier only to be left for 20 minutes with no communication. I had to page multiple times to let her know where I wanted the deposit because she had not asked any further information. There was a large delay with my deposit and I was not informed of what was stalling my transactions, I had to page over to see what was taking so long. This branch needs more communication and a higher level of professionalism. It was uncomfortable sending over a deposit only to be ignored in the drive through for an excessive amount of time.
