  • I'm so glad I found this place! I had just moved here & didn't really know where to start so I went off my insurance & started calling, Westbrook was the sweetest & so helpful. I was having some issues with a previous prescription which wasn't being released to me so they helped me get that figured out & got me in within the next few days. When I went in I was treated like I was an old friend, they made me feel so comfortable. I didn't wait long & Dr. Smith was so thorough with my exam. He listened to my likes & dislikes of my current contacts & gave me some samples to try. I didn't feel rushed like some doctors have made me feel. After I figured which lenses I liked & ordered them they arrived so quickly, about 3 days later! They have tons of high end designer frames as well as some that are more budget friendly. The lady who was working in the area with the frames knew exactly what she was talking about & was so helpful in finding frames that are perfect for me face shape. She was also able to give the exact price up front instead of just an estimate of what lenses & frames would cost. I really appreciated that.
