  • I love this little cheese Cottage. They have a variety of cheeses available. From Swiss, Baby Lace, Mild to Aged Cheddar, Lindburger, Gouda, Jack and other more gourmet flavors. Also other goodies, like jam, sausages, crackers and soft drinks. Some of the items are local items from Wisconsin, like the jams and mustard. If you come here on the right day, the cheese curds will have just arrived from their supplier and you will get SUPER fresh curds that squeak in you mouth! Cheese and sausage gift boxes can be ordered and shipped. Or you can make your own gift boxes right there in the store. I recently heard that they have sold their business to Alp and Dell. Hopefully they will continue to support this adorable little cheese stop in Paoli. I believe that the new owners will continue to support some sort of online ordering. It will be sad to see the ownership change after so many years. I hope that the Alp and Dell keep this little store the same or make it better than what it already is. This place is such a great place to stop in while your passing through Paoli.
