  • I am disappointed and upset about the poor customer service I received today. The customer service here is not worthy of 1 star. After my experience today I question if I will ever be a men's wearhouse customer again despite the thousands of dollars I have spent with them over the years. Let us begin my day of horror at this sub par location. I came in because the pants I had altered at the waist needed another inch taken off. The fact that I had to come back to get the job done properly didn't bother me, in fact I think it's a great policy that future alterations within a certain time frame are free of charge. I was a little upset that they made it a point to take down my phone number and I was told they would call me when my suit was ready for pick up which I never received. I was a little upset that they had the wrong directions on Yelp that sent both myself when i dropped of my suit and my wife when she picked it up in the opposite direction wasting our time and sitting in traffic. Let's move on shall we. I had a suit jacket that I was taking in the sleeves on as well as waist on the pants. The cost for the sleeves to be taken in was $17. The Manger Anthony Gonzales told me that he would not do the alterations on my suit until I had it dry cleaned because according to him it was soiled and dirty. The marks he referred to were so miniscule I was shocked. These marks were literally a couple of specs. I kept my cool but calmly told the manager that it wasn't that dirty. He asked me "Would you have someone work on this suit?" And I replied "yes I would". The manager then became hostile and unprofessional telling me "This conversation is over and to take my business to another men's wearhouse. I replied " I would be doing business at that location because I was not going to inconvenience myself and drive across town. This location is down the street from me, why would I. Finally after his rude behavior, extreme passive aggressiveness, and dirty looks as he stared me down. he said he would personally take my suit to the cleaners. He told me the cleaners he uses were closed and he was unable to tell me how much he was going to charge for the dry cleaning. I told him I was concerned he would charge me a ridiculous sum of money because if I had agreed I would have had my suit hostage to whatever Tony the manager wanted to charge. I called my dry cleaners and told him I would pay the amount my dry cleaners would have charged which deluxe cleaners on horizon ridge charges 7 dollars for suit and pants. I told him I would pay that amount to which he replied "no" and told me that he "wasn't going to argue with me about a couple of bucks " . This guy stared into my eyes and spoke to me like he was about to rip my head off all with a calm tone of voice which creeped me out. I wondered why this patucular men's wearhouse was rated so poorly. Most of the reviews are about the customer service, not the product. Anthony Gonzales you should be ashamed, you should be fired and you certainly don't represent the company well. FYI I took my suit to get cleaned so I can't wait to see Tony the jerk face, passive agressive idiot tommrow. So it's been several months since I wrote this review and I went straight to corporate. Let's just say they took care of me and made everything better. They have excellent customer service as the representative was kind and sympathetic towards my ordeal I dealt with. Kudos to the corporate office, you guys really listened to me and treated me with respect
