  • I dropped a window off to get plexiglass put in. The man who took the window had very little information for me (price, how long it would take, etc were all a mystery) but took my order and said they would call when the window was done. A week later, still no call, so I called the store and was informed they hadn't got to the window yet. Another week goes by and I call back...still haven't gotten to it. Three days later I receive a voicemail informing me that they don't have a piece thick enough for my window. I picked the frame up, threw out the advertisement of some glass place in Berea they taped to the frame, took it to Lakeland Glass in Lorain and received my brand new window two days later. Everyone I dealt with was very nice or this would be a one star rating.
