  • Gluten Free Review... We have been going to this Carrabba's for the last year or so. I am a celiac and after some research felt comfortable enough with the food handling practices to give it a go. I have never been ill after eating at this Carrabba's. The wait staff and management always make me feel comfortable with the how my food is prepared and handled. The one time an error was made with my steak (server entered it as well done not medium well) they not only fixed the problem quickly but they removed the meal from the check (I insisted they put it back and they wouldn't) and brought a free desert. I am glad this is a great gluten free option for us and they service is over the top great!
