The customer service here at least for the service department needs a lot of work. I made an appointment online to have the "check engine light" evaluated. It states on their website that they do this for free. They called me almost immediately and said they couldn't honor the appointment even though it was available online. They then suggested I make a different appointment on another day for which I did.
When I went that day, they tried to charged me $105 to run diagnostics. They told me they could only give me the OBDII code for free.
I feel like they clearly could've done this very easy test on the day I actually wanted it done but tried to upsell me. It all felt very dishonest. I didn't leave my car there and will look elsewhere for the repair.
