Since my last review was removed because "it fell outside our Content Guidelines because it did not provide enough detail about your customer experience" ( super convenient that a bad review was reported) I will provide details of the Terrible service by this company.....hard to keep it short but I'll try.
1. We filled out move in inspection sheets (several pages) and took pictures, yet at move out we were held accountable for damages we were not responsible for. We even pointed them out in our inspection sheet and still had to prove with pictures in order for them to rectify the charges. ( take pictures because your inspection sheets mean nothing to these people. Or write extremely detailed information) they charge for an inspection rep at move out, but If they can't associate current damages with past damages, that were clearly reported in inspection sheet, why do you have to pay for a rep that can't even connect the dots? It's not that difficult.
2. We went several months without heating because the owner would not approve maintenance. After weeks of emails and calls and no response, I decided to email the president directly and he too failed to respond. They don't care about the tenants!!! I called the housing authority and the repair "conveniently" was approved shortly after.
Henderson is unresponsive and they lack the customer service skills that you need to manage this type of business. I.e. Calling back and or responding to emails.
I can think of more things, but please read other reviews don't just take my word for it.
