  • I have found my new favorite shop in the Phoenix and outlying areas! I've collected Mexican pottery and arts for years and while on vacation in Phoenix (I used to live there), I went to Mercado Mexico for the first time. It's a family run business & they are very friendly, helpful & have amazing selections at reasonable prices. They've been there 30 years and I never knew it! The selection is amazing. They have a huge outdoor area where they have a lot of pottery for the garden, etc. Inside they have a lot of talavera and indoor home decor, including large tibor jars, etc. It's a great place to shop if you like this type of thing, like I do. If I lived locally...I'd be buying a lot of large items there for my home. Since I had to pack it all...I got 4 smaller items.
