  • ******do not use alicias mobile dog grooming******* they were supposed to show up 2 days prior and called me to reschedule because they had to take they're van in for servicing. at that time they proceeded to call me and apologize for having to reschedule. the manager then offered me a "free" grooming because of rescheduling. i have no problem paying for the services i received but when i brought that up to the manager called me and threatened to call the police on me if i didn't pay. obviously i paid and hung up on the manager and will never use "alicia's mobile dog grooming" again. very poor situation and was handled by the manager in the absolute worst way. if i could give them negative reviews i would. ##############beware of a scam############### and threatening manager ****************do not call****************** *************i repeat do not call***************** unless you want the manager to call the police on you
