Derrick, I've often wondered if you have any idea of how you treated me....during the test drive, you sat slouched over in the back seat and were texting. I had to prod you to answer my questions. And, I wasn't just window shopping....I was buying the car!
Well, that was in the morning and truly, when I returned to purchase the car later in the day, I was hoping maybe you had just had a bad morning. But, that was not the case. During our interactions, you were not personable or even considerate. You pretty much just shuffled me around....I had to ask you where we were going and what I would be doing when you carted me over to the other building. I don't know your world and I don't buy a car every day. What should have been a pleasant and happy experience was not. I normally speak up and would have asked for another sales person but I must have been weary from car shopping and really could just barely believe how you acted.
I would have given almost anything to have taken my business elsewhere but the car I wanted was on your lot.
