  • I literally don't know how so many people can be so incompetent. I have been to this location multiple times and every single time they have to re-enter my dogs information and my information. Today the girl went there to get the dog's nails done, and low and behold again, my dogs information is not in the system. She brought in the dogs immunization records to verify she has her shots but apparently the documentation, from the veterinarian might I add, is not good enough. We've had enough with this location/corporation. Maybe when they have someone more competent here we may come back but doubt it. Guess we'll just go online to purchase supplies and find a new dog groomer instead ... plus the constant up-selling is annoying as crap.
