I wanted so badly to like this restaurant. It's one of those places I've been hearing about for years, but never actually got around to visiting. My boyfriend owed me dinner, so I asked him to take me here last night. Not one of the tapas I had wowed me. For the price, the portions are exceptionally small. Three mini stuffed peppers for $9. A single cup of soup for $7. We left with a bill of over $80 (two drinks included), and I was still hungry. I would have ordered another tapa to fill me up, except nothing I had thus far was all that good, so I didn't want to waste even more money on substandard food. Most of the food we had was too salty, aside from one tapa that didn't have much flavor or seasoning at all.
At least the staff was friendly.
