This is my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. This is about 1 mile off strip on Paradise near Flamingo. It is a set menu for $45 per person.
To start they bring out an empty metal pot and a pot of rose water to wash your hands. Hand towels are provided to dry your hands and use as your napkins for the dinner. The first course is a lentil soup which you drink, followed by a delicious shrimp scampi. Bread is provided to dip and scoop with your hands. They then bring out a salad plate with a creamy flavorful hummus and pickled vegetables like carrots, beets, olives, etc. The next course is my favorite course. They bring out skewers of filet mignon (I think). The meat is so tender and perfectly seasoned. Next they bring out cornish hens with couscous. This is my least favorite part of the meal, but it's still yum. Finally they bring out the dessert which is a pear and walnut phyllo dough pastry with tons of powdered sugar and cinnamon, but the best part of the dessert is the mint tea. I could drink a gallon of this tea.
The service is timed perfectly and they have belly dancing.
