I went there to make some a simple change on a ticket for a family member. The line was not long what so ever but somehow I waited over 35 mins before anyone assisted. The staff there was being completely unprofessional the whole time I was there. One (female security guard) was playing on her walkie-talkie with another employee (Asian lady), another took forever to log into her station because she was playing with her walk-takie with the other employee and another employee had other people cut in front of others who had been waiting for a long time when he should assisted customers in the order of the line.
Over all the staff was just completely unprofessional. There is no structure in this place and is not being run as it should. I picked "Greyhound" because I thought it would be a better experience since the name is known but let me tell you "Greyhound" seemed just as ghetto as any other cheap name bus provider, all we are really paying for is the name and not a better riding experience. This place needs professional staff and not people who are laughing and playing the whole time and PROPER SECURITY.
