  • I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at this U-Haul yesterday. I needed to rent a trailer, but the trailer lights would not work (it's a law that they have to). The U-Haul crew puzzled through the problem and fixed it with more than stellar attitudes. It took about an hour to figure out the problem (my truck's lighting receptacle needed replacing) and they did so without ever sighing or making me think I was taking up their time. And in the end, they didn't even charge me any labor for the fix, saying I had waited so patiently. It was a pleasant surprise to be treated with great customer service and leave paying only $18 for the part.
