  • I inquired online for a Toyota C-HR and RAV4. Mike Rodriguez reached out immediately through email and phone calls to offer assistance with our inquiry. He reached out everyday for a follow through and scheduled an appointment. When I got to Findlay Toyota, I was immediately greeted by at least 6 people outside even before I reached the door of the building. When I went inside, I was pleasantly greeted as well by the receptionist and Mike was ready. He listened to my preferences and what I'm looking for in a vehicle. We looked at their inventory and got the car that fits all of the features I was looking for. From the color for both exterior and interior, to engine, drive train and all the safety features. We took it for a test drive. Mike Rodriguez was very helpful and attentive. He made sure I would get the best deal and will be happy with my purchase. In finance department, Kirk assisted me with all the paperworks and additional packages we wanted to add. He listened, paid attention and explained what I needed to know. The whole transaction was pain-free until the time I got the car keys for my new RAV4. I got to speak with Mr. Barr who is also very nice! Everyone in this dealership made me as a customer feel happy and important. Thumbs up and Kudos to Mike Rodriguez and Kirk!
