Came here for Daniela Andrade's concert recently and the place was overly packed which is understandable since it's a concert but it was WAY too hot in here. I swear it felt like a sauna in there. In addition, although the bartenders were friendly, the prices are way jacked up. $7 for a bottle of domestic beer?! $9 for a bar rail?! No thanks! The sound was alright though and there was only some interference a few times.
I noticed the upstairs balcony didn't have a ton of people there so I asked security if I could sit upstairs (cause I was dying as crowded + hot is not a good mix) and he rudely responded that it was only for artists. Okay, cool but no need to be rude. PRO TIP: Make sure to come early for concerts as there a limited number of barstools and a seating area for those that don't like standing and sweating for 3 hours.
