  • My experience at this facility was horrible!!! I didn't even want to give it one star!! Mari is a liar and the most unethical person I have ever met. She injected me in places she shouldn't have. She injected under my eyes and now on both sides I have a horrible lumps and I look older than I did when I went in. My whole face is lumpy and disfigured. I went to talk to her about it and tell her how unhappy I am and she got mad and offended. And kept looking at her feet and the floor when I tried to tell her my concerns. She was not compassionate in the least. She was disrespectful and rude. She comes off as such a nice person. She told me my injections would be one price and after she finished it was almost $1000 more!! I paid over $5000 to this woman who clearly DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING!! I'm beyond devastated at how my face looks. I want to cry every time I look in the mirror. And pictures, forget it!! I'm so embarrassed and humiliated. PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN MARI TOUCH YOUR FACE!! Read Pug L's review. It's almost exactly what happened to me!! I wish I had read her review before I went in to Fresh Start!! Just like Pug L, when I asked for an itemized list of my treatments, she refused to give it to me. Right after my initial appointment she said to call Charity and have her email it to you. And then when I went to tell her how scared I was about what was happening to my face, she told Charity NOT to email me my receipt. When I called Charity after seeing Mari that day, Charity said that Mari told her not to email it to me and that I needed an "appointment" to see Mari to get my receipt!! The whole experience was a NIGHTMARE!!! It still is!!! She is a horrible woman!!! The pictures I'm posting are about a month and half after my treatment. Yes folks, this is over $5000 of treatments in ONE DAY by this woman. She took total advantage of me. Obviously.
