  • My stylist, Kim, is an amazing artist! she knows EVERYTHING about color blending and toning. My first rodeo she did a balayage and I went from dark brown to blonde in one sitting. Kim was generous by giving me oil scalp treatments and using a lower volume to preserve my hair. I showed her pictures and and she replicates them every time I visit. On the other hand I just visited yesterday and Jeffrey did my hair. Although he is a nice guy he burned my scalp so bad with the Paul Mitchell bleach that it actually started bleeding and I had to wash it out. I was literally crying!! Also, He forgot to cut my hair which was 50% of the reason I came. And I had to remind him. I like the cut but my roots are so bad! The color is blotchy and there are yellow and dark purple spots on my roots! Like he didn't apply it throughly. He still charged me 225$ plus I tipped $45 (don't know why) not even a small discount was given to my for making my scalp bleed. I will be returning to resolve the issue and will update my post. If I ever come back it it will only be for Kim because she makes my experience pleasant and not painful.
