  • I received a phone call from guy reading a script stating he is calling from Southwest Airlines.  And in celebration of their new ticketing center they are giving away two round trip tickets anywhere in the US good for 12 months.  He said multiple times that they are not trying to sell anything. Then he gets his manager on the phone and she is reading verbatim from the same script. They both even paid me the exact same "compliment" word for word! Lol. She also says they are not trying to sell anything. I actually scheduled the appointment, then got an email from them which is when I realized that the gentleman who told me he was calling from Southwest Airlines was blatantly lying. Based on that and the reviews here I have decided that I do not care to do business with them. I also find it interesting that they keep responding to negative reviews and saying "ICS does not call people" when almost every single review mentions that the reviewer received a phone call. So while I CS may not actually dial the phone, clearly a paid representative for them does.
