  • What do you say when you make an appointment for service on a company's website, the request gets accepted on the site, and you even get an email confirmation - but when you get to the store, they tell you that the website appointments don't even feed into their system...? I mean, what can you say when a business chooses to operate like this...maybe have the site advise you to call because the information doesn't get sent along to the location...or just not take online appointments in the first place until someone at the company deems it important enough to fix this problem. But no...they take the appointment anyway, and then you're just stuck waiting if you choose to go ahead with it since you've already taken the time to drive down there. I probably would've just let them go ahead and start my oil change even though they tell me basically that their website doesn't talk to the individual location's system...but a lady behind me asked when her car would be done, after waiting for over an hour she said...only to find out that they hadn't even pulled her car in yet...Even though the guy estimated I'd be there for an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes, I knew it was going to be longer than that, I'd be stuck waiting 2+ hours for an oil change appointment I made at a specific time by the way that things were looking there that day. The people there are nice enough, but unfortunately that's not enough to justify spending my money there when there are many other companies out there that have their act together and do it right. Just on general principal I could never return here because of how they operate. If they can't be trusted to handle an appointment that their system erroneously accepts, how can I trust them with my vehicle...
