  • I had the most humiliating and heart wrenching appointment with Chris this last Saturday. I bought a Groupon for 3 facial treatments and went in a few weeks ago for the first one and thought it was pretty nice however when I went back this past weekend for my second treatment, I was talked to and treated so poorly it astounds me. I had explained, at my first appointment, that I had some sensitivity issues, i.e., my immune system. Chris gave me a red light treatment and only put some moist gauze/cotton over my eyes and the light was so intense, I could not take it. I also had my contact lenses in my eyes and explained this and I was told it doesn't bother anyone else and I would be fine. I kept complaining and she put something else over my eyes at that point. This past Saturday was my second appt and my last, although I purchased 3 treatments. When it came to my facial, she was sloppy when removing what was on my face. I explained that my eye was burning, something had gotten in it. She said "your fine, I did not get anything in your eye" and kept going. I told her to stop so I could blot my eye and she gave me a moist tissue. I kept my eyes closed bcs they were burning and she told me, "Brigitte, open your eyes, you are fine". If your customer says their eyes are burning, why would you argue??? We then continued with the light therapy and I told her it was too bright-once again, she only put some cotton over my eyes-when I continued to complain that it was too bright she became upset and said she had a machine that was weaker that she could use on me. The machine she used had different colors, I know nothing about the treatment I was provided. I was appalled by her lack of professionalism and just plain mean streak. Maybe she had a bad day but that is no reason to make someone feel terrible. I was so humiliated, I left a tip and made my follow up appt. When I arrived home I noticed sticky orange residue all over my face and my eyes were burning and bright red. Merle Norman, please consider this my cancellation for my third appt.
