  • Every time I have been to a church social, mainly for dinners that were put together for the catechists (religious education teacher for those of you who don't know) this was the catering service used. I cannot begin to describe the food to you. It is so good (not as good as a nice home cooked meal) but it sure comes close. The eggplant Parmesan is to die for. I had it for the first time about a week and a half ago. I never had eggplant so I was not sure what to expect. More recently though I was privileged to eat there food again on Friday when I went to the Ordination of the Diaconate at the cathedral. The reception was afterward and they had food that represented the large majority of cultures which I though was good.
