  • After my wife called the shop and they said bring your stuff over (not mentioning they stop buying at 3:30), they turned us away. Showing up at 3:35 with a fully loaded car to be greeted by a young woman who wasn't exactly welcoming and to be turned away was infuriating to say the least. For a business we've supported plenty in the past, I have nothing but negative feelings towards them now for their lack of decent customer service. I understand they were busy and there were a few people ahead of me, but I now need to unload my car. There is some amazing things in there that would make plenty of families happy too. A co-sleeper, swing, Fisher Price Jump & chair... The list goes on and it's a huge pain to have to unload my car and now sell the items elsewhere. I'm not a happy customer and I will not be shopping there again, nor recommending them to my friends. My final message to the owner of this location is - hire better people and do a better job. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Sincerely, A very unhappy and angry customer.
