The day after my original review, Heather -- the store manager -- called me to apologize and explain that it was a misunderstanding/miscommunication between them and UPS; just went back today and she refunded me for the $5 and was again very nice and apologetic. They also recognized that I was/am a repeat customer and this will not happen again. So -- upgrading to 4 stars, and if from this point on things do start going flawlessly I will eventually upgrade to 5.
