  • I've been looking for a regular place to get my hair cut and styled, and definitely found it. They have a lot of perks for a reasonable price. I had originally been looking for a quality salon with $30-$35 women's haircuts (which is a normal price in West Michigan, but is almost impossible to find here in Cleveland!). However, with the quality cut & styling, the extra perks, and the no tipping policy at this salon, $50 wasn't bad at all. I haven't done anything except the women's haircut, so I can't speak for the coloring or spa services. However, the haircut included a scalp massage, mini facial, and arm/hand massage, which was so amazing and relaxing! But next time, I will remember to forgo putting on make-up for the facial... especially mascara (OOPS! lol). I had Valerie. And I got the best haircut I've ever had. I just got a notice that she was promoted to the signature $60 level. I'm really happy for her and feel she definitely deserved it, but am also bummed b/c as a college student on a budget I need to stick to the cheaper $50 senior level. I'm positive though that the next stylist I have will be just as good. I also really loved that you are able to book appointments online. It was really easy, and SUPER CONVENIENT! The only thing is that the website shows a $40 stylist level for haircuts, but I didn't see anyone in that stylist level when booking my appointment. Not sure if they just don't have anyone at the level right now, or if that doesn't apply to this location? Still, I'm happy with the senior $50 cut :)
