  • Great community events for most ages! We have gone to a block party, salsa challenge, and St. Patrick's day event so far. We are also signed up for a beer and chocolate night as well as a balloon fight (my nieces moving in). Would love to see more adult/21 and up events since we don't yet have a family. I would rate them a 5 star, but we have lived in The Knolls for over a year and have yet to see the HOA actually enforce: ---parking policy (people utilize their garages for storage and home businesses, trailer parking in parking spaces, houses rented to several tenants with several vehicles) ---palm tree trimming in the knolls (99.9% of yards with Palm Trees have overgrown, dead branches that scrape against their neighbor's home) It would be nice to see the HOAs do more about these policies in this specific neighborhood; after-all, I do pay two HOAs.
