  • I give 5 stars because this place has it all going on. Great decor, quality product, well displayed and a very experienced sales staff, that don't latch onto you but still manage to help you out. I think part of the reason they nail the service is because they are too busy with multiple customers, they give you enough space while serving others without you feeling ignored. I prefer the Cole Haan in the basement of Sogo in Causeway Bay Hong Kong for a lot of reason including better price, no tax and better selection. However, every time I go to Cole Haan here in Toronto, I manage to buy a pair of shoes. I really feel compelled to give Ramon a plug, if you shop here ask for Ramon, no one will take better care of you. I should also mention if you have a problem, they make it right. They stand behind the quality of their product. I've experienced this first hand. They couldn't do enough to satisfy me.
