the worst customer service ..notwithstanding saying that she would put an item aside and hide it...and not doing it, nor tell the next counter clerk at jewelry to take care of that..ignored me when I asked, blatantly said they did not have time to keep an eye..and was rudely and disrespectfully spoken to by the temp manager ...when I returned not the same attitude as when I initially complained. I had to come back with more money for rest of the items and phoned to check on it and a clerk said she would double knot and put my name on. When I got there it was open, my jeans were not there and the promised percentage off for my inconvenience from the previous night was not honored by the same temp manager. I received attitude and the explanations were changing consistently in regards to the percentage discrepancy. She claimed she was told by the real manager that no more discounts were to be given to me..after she heard my complaint...don't see how when she left immediately after..she should have been informed that it was the remaining items that the temp manager had said I could continue with the percentage for that purchase because I was coming back for the rest. duh. I spoke to the first clerk who I had the disappointing experience with and she could not stay put for a decent conversation..maybe fear since they are not allowed to have a or brief supervised meeting with the customer who complains..not a good policy. If they are not allowed to put things away when there is a huge line up..then call for a supervisor...don't say you are going to do something and not do it. Tell the clerk when you are on break that the item is put away and don't sell it...don't go into a stash put aside for a customer with their name on it,,,do not remove their items from it, keep it for yourself or for any reason. PEOPLE..HAVE A MEDIATION EXPERIENCE...WE ARE HUMANS..
