  • We bought our house a year ago and had our house treated for termites then. About 2 months before the contract was over, we noticed termites near the front porch. I called them to get it fixed, but they said I needed to wait 90 days after to get someone to visit, just to make sure they were actually active termites in the house. Then they told me that me contract was up in 2 months and that I would need to renew. I told them since I called before the contract was up that needed to follow-up and the receptionist told me that they manager was out and would have them call me back. Well they never called back! I would not recommend them.
