  • Consistently inconsistent. I'm not much of a complainer, especially when it concerns Starbucks. But this is getting ridiculous. My sister and I have fell in love with Starbucks' Black Tea Lemonade which is basically an Arnold Palmer that is half tea half lemonade. But lately, Starbucks has been horribly inconsistent. We order ours with no liquid cane sugar, add 2 sweet n low, and light on the ice. Pretty simple yes? The first two or three we received were perfect. Now, we have had to send them back EVERY time because they either do not put nearly enough lemonade concentrate in it, or they load it down with ice(when we specifically asked for just a little ice). We spend quite a bit of money at Starbucks, so it's a tad ridiculous when you're spending $10 on drinks that are 70% ice or consistently incorrect.
