  • My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer and eat more. The RX Boiler room is just upstairs from the Michael Jackson One theater in Mandalay Bay. I had an interesting and tasty rum-chai cocktail and we shared four small plates. The bacon wrapped bacon with the little quail egg on top is so beautiful, you can't wait to eat the delicious, delicate bite. Let your large portion of chicken pot pie soup dumplings cool down: they're worth the wait. Then we devoured a massive mountain of bulgagi French fries. Yum. Yum. Yum. Because everything was so good we then added some smoky bacon wrapped dates stuffed with blue cheese. This was a modern and refreshing take on American comfort foods.
