  • This place is a set up, they stick you in these promotions and then refuse to allow you to change things for 2 years!! One customer service rep. told me that once I pay the bill, he would help me make the bill cheaper, $170 plus a month is the current bill, I pay the bill and then another rep tells me there is nothing she can do that I am stuck in a promotion and any changes will make the bill go higher and that I will have to pay some type of termination fee!!! My 2 year contract can't come fast enough, probably will just end up paying the $240 plus termination fee and go else where!!! The customer service reps and especially their "loyalty customer services reps" are a joke and only care about money!!!
