  • Their sister company did some removal of cabinets that were affected by a water leak on our island. They informed me Patterson remodeling would contact me to give an estimate and do the rebuild. I didn't hear anything for about a week. After contacting the restoration company to find out why, Patterson remodeling finally called and scheduled a time to come out. That day no one showed up. I called to find out why and reschedule. No one returned my call for 6 days. Just got a call from them saying they double booked that day (why it took 6 days to inform me I don't know) and if we could reschedule. It's now 2 weeks out so I found someone else. No apologies from them just an 'ok' for wasting our time and for not returning our calls. Appears very disorganized and not respectful of customers or their time. I would not even try to use them.
