I purchased a $600 watch while on vacation at a Zales location with English-speaking, professional, and polite employees. Unfortunately, I live in Las Vegas where apparently, it is next to impossible to find the above qualities at any Zales location. The expensive, super fancy watch I purchased only six months ago had a dead battery already. So I called the manufacturer because I kept the warranty and receipt. They told me to go into any zales and they would replace the battery for me. I proceeded to this particular zales location, told them what the factory customer service employees said, and I was met with attitude. All three employees at this location could barely speak English, were probably college age and acted like they were doing me a favor by fixing this battery. They then proceeded to drop the watch on the ground fumble around on the floor looking for parts, then tried to get it back to me once and it still wasn't working. I had to show them that the secondhand was not moving. After half an hour I left with a new battery in this $600 watch that was purchased six months ago. That will be my last purchase at a Zales.
