HORRIBLE customer service. They did a good job repairing the car but the emotional stress that they gave me does not compensate it. The car took almost 3 months to repair. 3 MONTHS!! What made it worse is that every time I called them, they told me that the manager would get back to me with updates and an explanation why the repair was taking so long. Out of the 3 times I called them, the manager NEVER got back to me. I had to finally go to the shop to get them do something or even care about our car.
This kind of customer service was UNACCEPTABLE. Please save yourself lots of unnecessary stress and go somewhere else.
