I'm sad that I have to pipe in with a negative experience. My elderly aunt has visited this practice 3 times. She had a stroke within the last month and now back under the care of her Primary Care Doctor. Unfortunately, this practice has proven to be incompetent in their handling of her needs. There has been little to no follow through with her pharmacy needs. One particular medication has to have a formal authorization with Medicare before the pharmacy can fill it. it takes one phone call to do this. The doctor was informed of this 3 days ago and yet here we are still waiting for that call to be made. It is to the point that we are sitting in their waiting room on a Friday afternoon with the intention of not leaving until they actually make the call. Don't worry, we were told by the front desk that Laura the PA would not make the call anytime soon. I understand that other people have appointments but we had one three days ago. All of this is important because she is out of her medication as of this morning. When the people of this office go home at 5:00 they are not the ones left to deal with someone who needs a prescription filled. It's not like we haven't tried to get it done
