  • Whoa! Since when is going to the insurance office a good experience?? Since NOW. Seriously, going here is so easy, positive and actually an enjoyable experience. Thanks to Michelle and Crystal -- both are GREAT examples of quality customer service. They went above and beyond to help me, showed a tremendous amount of patience, stayed friendly even when stuff went wrong and make me wish I had to go there all of the time. Extra Shoutout to Crystal for finding the right wrench! We don't need no man!! :) The waiting area has cold water bottles & newish magazines. It's clean & well furnished.
