Terrible!
The boba has no flavor! They don't cook it in honey or any sweetener so its a weird addition to the drink. The creamer that they use gives the drink a powdery, artificial taste. I tried the almond milk tea and the taro smoothie and while the almond tea was okay the smoothie tasted so much like chalk that I had to take it back. I took it back and asked for a milk tea. I couldn't explain why the drink was bad but as a person who's been eating boba every other day for 10+ years I know a good drink. I asked for a stamp card but I threw the drinks and the card away.
Won't be back!
In response to the owners comment: The drinks here used to be good. The boba used to be okay. See my previous review. The chalky taste was in the almond tea as well so it's not the fresh taro. Boba should never be that bland. Even if it's not sweet it shouldn't taste like rubber. The rubber taste detracts from the drink instead of "letting the true flavor shine." I don't appreciate your line of the other customers like it so what's your problem. Maybe you should go down the street to Tea Station and taste how an international company consistently makes excellent drinks.
