  • We had been taking our dog there for many years. Then new owners took over and customer service went out the door. Today was his last groom there. I had requested the dog needed to be done at a certain time due to another family appointment. After no call to come pick the dog up after being there or 3.5 hours, I called. Still being groomed. Groomer seemed very "out of it" when I picked the dog up confused as to our conversation when I dropped dog off. Brought dog out on wrong leash and called him "her". Place smelled like poop too. Now looking for another groomer who knows how to tell time.
